Nickseth Construction Company Limited was incorporated in 2006 as a limited liability company under the laws of the Republic of Ghana. From our registered office in Adenta, Accra, and our operational base at Appiadu (Head Office) and Bomso in Kumasi, we have steadily grown into a household name in Ghana’s construction sector.

We specialize in design, construction, project management, and the manufacturing of high-quality building materials for both local and international clients.

Humble Beginnings, Bold Ambitions

The story of Nickseth is one of resilience, ambition, and lasting values. Our founders, Mr. Nicholas Frimpong Boateng and Mr. Seth Adjaye Otchere, envisioned a company rooted in excellence. What began as a modest operation now thrives through the leadership of professionals across various industries—architects, lawyers, businessmen, environmentalists, and academics.

At inception, we held the lowest classification from the Ministry of Works and Housing. However, through unity, hard work, and our commitment to excellence, we surpassed expectations and earned the trust of both clients and industry stakeholders.

Nickseth’s early years were marked by market challenges, economic turbulence, and fierce competition. But rather than retreat, we advanced. Each obstacle became an opportunity to demonstrate our character and capability.

We stayed agile, embraced change, and invested in people and systems that prepared us for sustainable growth. These qualities repositioned us as a trusted force in Ghana’s construction industry.

Recognition and Results

In 2010, Nickseth was awarded the prestigious D1 and K1 contractor classification by the Ministry of Works and Housing—an official recognition of the quality we consistently deliver. This milestone confirmed what our clients already knew: Nickseth builds with purpose and precision.

Yet even with national recognition, we remain grounded. Our achievements are simply new starting points. We are driven by the belief that corporate success must coexist with social impact.
