This role is key to ensuring projects are executed safely, on time, and within budget while maintaining the highest quality standards. You will collaborate closely with site teams, subcontractors, and management to achieve our ambitious goals.

Your Key Responsibilities

You will be expected to oversee and manage construction activities, ensuring excellence and safety every step of the way:

Plan, organize, and supervise daily construction operations on site
Interpret technical drawings and specifications to guide execution
Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and labor teams efficiently
Monitor project progress and ensure compliance with safety and quality standards
Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues promptly
Prepare regular reports on project status, resources, and timelines
Collaborate closely with project management to meet deadlines and budgets

What We’re Looking For

We seek an energetic, solution-oriented professional with solid construction engineering experience:

Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related field
Minimum of 3 years’ experience in construction project management or site engineering
Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and safety regulations
Proficient in AutoCAD, MS Project, or other construction management software
Excellent communication, organizational, and leadership skills
