We are seeking a skilled Construction Supervisor to lead and coordinate on-site teams effectively.
This role is essential for ensuring safety, productivity, and quality in daily construction operations. The supervisor will be the backbone of site activities, facilitating communication and operational excellence.

Your Key Responsibilities
• Supervise daily construction activities and workforce performance
• Ensure strict adherence to safety policies and site regulations
• Inspect workmanship and materials for quality assurance
• Coordinate logistics and timely delivery of materials
• Report progress and site challenges to engineers and site managers
• Train and mentor site personnel on best practices and safety
What We’re Looking For
• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management or related field preferred
• Minimum of 2 years supervisory experience in construction
• Knowledge of health and safety regulations on construction sites
• Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work under pressure and maintain composure
